Kindred Farm Rescue, Rehab and Rehome is an approved Not for Profit Organization and pre-approved as a charity. Volunteers and donations are vital components that support the ongoing success of the Rescue Program.
Situated in North Gower, 30 minutes south of Ottawa proper, Kindred Farm is a well-maintained horse property. It is a modern facility with large airy box stalls, wide safe alleyways and a bright 20 by 40 meter indoor arena.
Outside, there are large grass paddocks, two outdoor sand rings with superb footing; one for jumping and one for flat work (competition size dressage ring), and lots of trails for hacking.
Kindred Farm is run by Tanya Boyd who brings over 45 years of horse ownership, an Equine Diploma from Kemptville College and 1987 certification as an Equine Canada.
